The Trail

The Trinity Strand Trail has completed a 4.7-mile multi-use urban and recreational trail running through the Design District and Medical District, linking these neighborhoods to Victory Park, Downtown, the Katy Trail, Uptown, the Trinity Skyline Trail, and much of the city. Following the original Trinity River channel, the Trinity Strand Trail winds among dozens of art galleries, restaurants, breweries, hotels, and other eclectic businesses.

We are also an integral part of The Loop trail system, a 50-mile series of paved trails “Connecting Dallas to Dallas” via a loop of connecting trails.

While we are now linked with the Katy Trail via the Hi Line connector, we are also working on a connection to Pegasus Park to ultimately provide over 73 miles of interconnected trails that can take you to/from Southwestern Medical District, Dallas Market Center, Downtown, Uptown, Stemmons Corridor, Design District, and White Rock Lake.
